Sylvanas windrunner
Level 1: With The Wind- Increases Withering Fire's range by 25%.
With The Wind grants Sylvanas a great amount of range to poke down enemy heroes with her strongest burst ability.
Level 4: Envenom- Active ability, poisons an enemy hero (dealing 366.08 [+4% per level] Damage over 10 seconds)
Envenom will provide a bit of burst damage and DOT to back the enemy hero off. Using envenom while bursting the enemy down with your Withering Fire will easily burst down any assassin.
Level 7: Unstable Poison- Minions/Mercs that die under your passive (black arrows) explode, dealing 120 (+4% per level) damage to nearby enemies
This trait will really help in your burst damage and wave clear. You can burst down any massive minion wave within seconds and any enemy heroes standing inside the wave will take an insane amount of damage.
Level 10: Wailing Arrow- Shoots an arrow that explodes when reactivated, dealing 237.12 (+4% per level) damage and silencing enemies within an area for 2.5 seconds.
This is probably the most obvious choice for Sylvanas' talent tree. Wailing arrow can interrupt almost any hero's ult, while staying at a safe distance. It does a good amount of burst damage, especially with unstable poison. You can assassinate any squishy hero standing in a decent minion wave by using your Wailing arrow to clear the wave, procing unstable poison with the damage from the arrow itself.
Level 13: Evasive Fire- You gain 10% movement speed for 2 seconds whenever an enemy is hit with Withering Fire, stacking up to 30%.
Evasive Fire will allow you to kite better than most heroes in the game. Every Withering Fire shot on an enemy will grant 10% movement speed, stacking to 30%. Its great for escaping, chasing down kills, or just kiting enemies down.
Level 16: Cold Embrace- Your shadow dagger makes enemies Vulerable, causing them to take 25% more damage but the range of shadow dagger gets reduced by 25%.
Cold Embrace will allow you to increase your team's dps by increasing it on every enemy hit by the dagger by 25%. *Note: You do lose a decent amount of range by getting this talent, however you can still kite really well thanks to your Evasive Fire and With the Wind.
Level 20: Fury of the Storm- Every 5 seconds, your next basic attack will deal an additional 94.64 (+4% per level) damage to the target and 237.12 (+4% per level) damage to all nearby minions and mercs.
Fury of the Storm will greatly increase your siege damage, and it will also bounce to all nearby enemy minions and mercs. (that includes your black arrows passive)
Level 1: Lost Soul- Reduces the cooldown of Shadow Dagger by 2 seconds.
You will be getting a ton of healing from your shadow dagger so having it on a lower cooldown will help out.
Level 4: Paralysis- Increases the duration of Black Arrows by 100%
