 Zeratul Zeratul is a HUGE threat to Murky due to his ability to get in and out of your base while killing your egg and surviving. This is the issue with most high threat Murky opponents.

Contrary to popular belief, the best Murky play-style is not as a siege hero. He does excellent AoE damage if built right, and with good execution of your heroic ability, can single handedly win team fights.
