My pref/fav build for Anub atm. Short guide how I use it;
Key is to use your
E to dive your target, I tend to wait until they're out of place (steps out too far in the lane/misplaced/etc) and then make sure to land the stun, followed up quickly with
Q to stun them yet again, when you hit
13 the
Acid Drenched Mandibles really starts paying off here.
The level
1 talent can be adapted to the enemy team, I still choose the
Leeching Scarabs on level
7 - It's nice to be able to lane/soak and heal up slowly if your healer ain't around, I don't feel the other ones gives quite as much.
Cocoon should be considered to what heroes both teams have, but it is often a valid pick. Late game this will start to be most rewarding, Cocoon an enemy, make sure your team (or some of them at least) is around, make sure to then first use your
Q for the stun and time it perfectly for when the Cocoon ends, often a mage burst followed here will often be enough depending on who's cocconed (choose wisely), but dive (
E) as soon as you've stunned them the first time for a sure second stun, rendering them unable to do anything for some second(s).
Preferably pick a squishy one when stepping out of place, or when chasing enemy team or alike. The squishier the easier they'll explode, but remember that targets like Ming/Kara or alike can blink away from you if you don't land the stun perfectly timed, or if you don't have any burst backup to finish them off fast enough.
