Level 4: Lost soul is fine, but I think there is a case to be made for Withering Barrage as well, for that extra burst damage.
Level 10: You can pick Mind Control if you are playing against Tracer. Otherwise, definitely Wailing Arrow.
Level 16: I love me some Cold Embrace. Use it like Tyrande's trait to get an early pick in a teamfight and snowball from there. Yes you only hit one enemy, but after he dies you will be 5 vs 4 which is easy win.
Level 20: I'm not sure how you manage to get a Cho'Gall talent on Sylvanas, but until I figure that out I will stick to Bolt of the Storm for that extra mobility. It has saved my life countless times because it's instant and not delayed like Haunting Wave.
