Quick and simple guide
Talents:
1) With the Wind:
Increase Sylvanas's ability to pressure heroes in lane battles and also is amazing mobility when using the the talent Evasive Fire.
4) Envenom:
Self explanatory, A new ability that Sylvanas can use when causing single target focus down damage
7) Remorseless:
Every arrow fired from Sylvanas's Q ability procs 25% damage increase, that 25% damage increase can be the difference from you securing a kill or allowing the enemy to escape
10) Wailing Arrow:
Would be ******ed to get Possession
Possession is by far the worst ability in HoTs game
13) Evasive Fire:
Increase Sylvana's speed by 30% which is essential for chasing down enemies and/or securing kills and not allowing the enemies to escape
The mobility of this + Sylvana's E ability allows for more damage output in later talents as opposed to wasting on escape abilities
16) Blood for Blood:
Stealth 10% of a heroes health, again is another great ability when focusing down 1 target
This ability also increases Sylvanas's survivability which could be the difference of you dying or not
20) Fury of the Storm:
Is a great suit for Sylvanas because it increase her basic attack damage by a percentage 1x every 5 seconds along with clearing creep wave and camps easier.
Deafening Blast could be sustainable if needed for a longer silence on healing heroes to stop them from healing heroes while you secure a kill
Bolt of the Storm does not seem that necessary for me because we have Sylvanas's Q for 30% increase speed not to mention her E teleport so we already have a lot of mobility
Overall:
With this guide you can pretty much 1v1 any hero... Of course you will need to kite Tanks and also brings a lot of damage to Team fights
Only hero you need to be careful with is the Butcher
Other than that, any caster can get merked because of your ability to silence you will have a 3 second lead on damage
