You can go Taste for Blood at level 1 but it requires some team coordination and certain heroes for generating the stacks fast. Great heroes for that are Johanna, Leoric, Ragnaros and Tassadar.
The second build is completely focused on pushing lanes. Which means no team fighting whatsoever. So don't use it on Cursed Hollow and Tomb of the Spider Queen.
