So far I've had good luck with this build.
Explanation:
T1: I never have mana issues on Lunara. I wouldn't recommend any other talent in this tier.
T2: Honestly, choose your preference. They all have their pro's and con's. I choose Nimble for the 50% increase in the visibility.
T3: SS is a suitable alternative over WV.
T4: TWV Is OK. I feel like I have more survivability with Leaping Strike.
T5: Unfair Advantage is OK if you are being very active and poking frequently. Take GSS if you feel that you are being targeted frequently.
T6: Due to the "hoppy" nature of Lunara, I wouldn't recommend any other talent in this tier.
T7: GG is a wonderful alternative if you feel that you are being frequently targeted. I choose Boundless Stride for the extra poke. Forest's Wrath is another alternative if you chose TWV.
This is just a starting guide! Nothing is set in stone. Choose what fits your play-style best! :)
