I love the concept. The numbers are odd, like healing ALL nearby Heroes for 1400 HP at level 10 seems a little overtuned. Tranquility heals for like 40% less than that and it's over 10 seconds, not a huge burst heal. But forget the numbers, this is an awesome concept. Reminds me of that chick from Smite.

I'm kind of confused. Your win rates are better in HL and you're lower Rank? So you must've played quite a few less games than your friends, yes? AFAIK, HL matchmaking looks at Win Rates and Rank (Or some mixture of the two, but I'm pretty sure it's mostly win rate), along with how many players you have in your party, to match your games. The extra AA damage is necessary for 100-0ing enemy squishies, but if you're not splitting from your team you won't need it, so Dwarf Launch is fine (Your AAs with Give Em The Axe actually makes up for like 20-30% of your damage at lv 20). Since the base range buff though I usually don't feel like I can't reach enemies. But I've used it before, its range is huge and it's pretty fun, you just do a bit less solo damage.

I mean, even in conjunction with other Heroes' slows, you move relatively faster than the enemy team at all times with Evasive Fire. So, like, with Evasive Fire, you can very easily pop enough Qs to move 30% faster. Hey Nathan, A "Carry" is a MOBA term for a squishy, high-DPS Hero. So, Heroes like Valla, Jaina or Kael'thas.
