Your concerns seem to be from a thematic standpoint. Note that the Death Fog's cooldown is quite low, at 20 seconds, plus it has 2 charges, effectively putting it at a 10 second cooldown. It is like adding a 4th ability, not a high CD Heroic; I see no continuity break there from Diablo III to HotS. In fact, this does put Soul Blast/Skull Spiral on a higher effective Cooldown than Death Fog. Changing his other abilities because you want to see him do other things may make sense if his kit...

I did realize that I never gave him a Lv 20 talent, and it said "Level 20 Talent Coming Soon" for what...6+ months? More like Soon™!

As I mentioned on your comment to my concept, I really love what you went with here. I'm personally a huge fan of any design that is high-impact and/or play-making, and this concept definitely gives that vibe with a healthy amount of self-peel, mobility, and if timed well, great DPS. Also why as great as Grave Farewell sounds, Death Walks Among You unlocks a Pandora's Box of potential for skirmishes and teamfights. Would love to have played this Hero.

I don't know if I'd be willing to 'merge' ideas in the sense of practically delete my concept to accommodate your ideas - at least not on a concept I'm already satisfied with how it turned out. No offense, I'm just content with how my concept currently stands and see no need to change it.
