Seems like a Starcraft version of Azmodan, where instead of other buttons to spawn minions every ability he has increases his single-target damage save E. In some ways I want to say the damage he can do to a single target, particularly the Core or Keeps, is outrageous, it does make him a bit of a one-trick pony, as in he's poor at other operations. I'm not sure if that balances him out or not, but at least in my opinion it makes him a little less interesting. Now, I'm no Starcraft...

Well, when I made my concepts, HotS was using the much more simple 'round-numbers per level' method. So while I believe my numbers are balanced, they don't use the updated method (E.G. +4%/level). Due to the fact that I have since ceased playing HotS, I haven't updated anything, but just left it as-is. As such, I feel unfamiliar/unqualified to comment on your numbers. I will give the concept a look-see however, when I have a little spare time. :) Thanks!

Thanks very much! Your words are humbling. As I'm also the creator of the Malthael concept, which AFAIK has the most all-time views of any character concept (It was created the very first day this feature was added to the website), this section of the site doesn't see nearly as much traffic as other sections. My Illidan guide that has been there since Day 1 has 1.7 million views in comparison to 30,000. It's pretty clear where most the traffic goes to - this is just a fun section.

I'm pleased you like it! I put quite a lot of thought into it, I absolutely love designing anti-assassins, stealth characters, ability-oriented assassins, etc. Basically anything flashy, I love to work on. Thanks for the kind words!
