I think I listed in the talent breakdown why, but in case I was unclear I'll reiterate. 1: Marked for Death does less damage than the 3 ticks of Immolation, in almost every situation, as long as you can stay near your target. If they are pushing as 5, it's difficult to even get in range to fire your Qs off, as you can't get the Q range + Barbed Shot. Barbed Shot isn't a bad choice, friend, it just does nothing vs Heroes. This build is all about the teamfight for Sylvanas. Cold Embrace already 1-shots minion waves later on, so you kinda get your cake and eat it too with the Assassin build, though it does come later in the game.
