Fury of the Storm is %-age based, and pretty much anything %-age based is bad on Illidan because he has high Attack Speed and low damage, so 50% to two other targets, you're literally talking ~80-110 damage at lv 20, which is low and not even single-target. Illidan excels at sticking to 1 target long enough to overcome his low damage to take them out - getting a tiny bit of AoE is really pointless and feels altogether ineffective. I really enjoy playing Gazlowe with Robo-Goblin, but I only take it on a few maps...Haunted Mines (For Quick Match only, I'd never draft pick Gazlowe on this map), and Garden of Terror (Demolitionist + Robo-Goblin gets work DONE on this map. I've played several games where I was able to take 3 Keeps just by splitting while Terror fights were going on). The other maps I like your build and team playstyle for, particularly Sky Temple, a great map for Gazlowe. Not suggesting any changes to...

Is your bitrate adjusted properly? If your connection is super good you should be set at 3500 kb/s. Would also make sure the resolution isn't downscaled and I'm assuming your FPS is set to 30. It may just be a PC issue, but it's hard to say without knowing any of your specs or even connection speeds. I know from experience streaming software eats a processor like playing 2 MMOs at once.

IMO, it's simply his interaction (or "synergy") between the 7, 13, and 16 talents that makes him seem over the top. Without being able to get 2 passive procs (40% HP) off every 3 seconds, he's much weaker. I used a build earlier today with Envenom over Mana Tide and Frostwolf's Grace over Battle Momentum. It was solid and didn't feel OP at all. Normally when I hit 16 I feel like I'm a demigod. I would like his other builds to be made viable and THEN his windfury build toned...

Because after lv 16 that puts Windfury on a 4 second cooldown compared to a 7 second cooldown. Every 4s you can proc your passive twice.
