Considering almost every Illidan takes FA, I'd assume so. Early game (level 4-ish) Arthas will burst like 60% of Illidan's HP with AA + D + AA + Q + Envenom, if not more, then late game you out-sustain Illidan. Also if he pops First Aid and you use Envenom they basically cancel each other out. I'd think it'd be really unwise for an Illidan to try to win a sustain battle with an Arthas, not only will he probably lose, if he gets ganked anywhere in the time he'll be super-slowed and have an...

Tested it in Try Mode, seems to be about Five seconds per charge (10 seconds for max charges stored). Didn't use a stop-watch or anything but I'd say 5 felt about right.

@EvilDarkness: Yea, it'd be pretty redundant if it was active during Evasion. It's an 'okay' mitigation tool but really pales in comparison to First Aid.

@lolo Interesting - I kinda like SM for Cursed Hollow or Garden of Terror when they don't have something that can burst me. But yeah, if Give Me More is your thing it's certainly not a bad talent. @CoachKastor Thanks!
