Hmm I was just trying to keep it similar to how it is in D3. In D3 it was just a potent slow and insane damage (Obviously damage was re-tuned for HotS), it didn't silence you...at least, not as far as I recall. Also an AoE Silence that lasts 6 seconds and has 2 charges as well as being ranged seems pretty OP to me. It'd be like Wailing Arrow having 2 charges with a longer silence duration but less damage.

I haven't published a General guide, but I can't imagine beyond selecting the "General" category that there's something different you have to do. Are you getting an error message? At present I'm able to publish my guides just fine, so it shouldn't be server-side.

Tassadar is in a weird spot right now. He's mediocre in damage and healing, and forces another teammate to pick a 2nd support as well, as he is not a very good solo support. He's a good hybrid, but he's not as good as his counterpart, Tyrande. So in essence, a 2nd person on your team has to pick Support (Most people don't like supporting), and many people think he's outright bad because he doesn't excel in any one area.

Probably different regions as you never stated if you were EU or NA as far as I read.
