'Nade Medic Ana (Post Rework) Top
Ana has become a lot more viable and she is sitting at a good winrate.
Sleep Dart can be very devastating for an enemy as the 3 seconds of inactivity can setup some devastating kills.
Contact Healing,
Biotic Enhancements,
Anti-Healer
Eye of Horus at 10
Speed Serum in general
Purifying Darts against Roots/Slows
Smelling Salts against Stun
Concentrated Doses into
Dynamic Optics gives a boost to your Healing Darts
Ruby Riot Deckard Top
Deckard Cain is a force to be reckoned with. The talent selections are geared towards taking full advantage of having a Ruby gem proc on almost every
Horadric Cube.
Scroll of Identify provides 15% Armor reduction to enemy Heroes hit.
At 4,
Ruby or
Potion of Shielding /
Rejuvenation Potion
With an uncoordinated team or a more poke based comp, or if you are facing a team that can punish a grouped team, you might want to consider taking either potion talent, as Ruby might not get you as much value. That being said if your team engages into your
Scroll of Sealing, the small potions provided by Ruby can absorb any burst damage the other team might be using.
Kanai's Cube reduces the damage of enemy Heroes hit and is generally the most useful effect at this Tier.
At 13,
Horadric Staff is an awesome talent but at that tier
Safety in Numbers is too good to ignore.
At 16,
Potion of Revival tends to trigger much more reliably than
Super Healing Potion.
Perfect Gems is best in cases where your team is consuming the small potions dropped with Ruby. But, if Ruby has not been effective consider picking
Morenados! instead.
AA Manatap Healer Uther Top
Uther is situational, but if played well can compete with the enemy Lucio or Stukov in terms of healing output. His real niche is against/with high mobility/divers (i.e. Genji, Greymane, Illidan).
Use
Divine Shield to support engage teams or divine storm when facing the engage team.
Since Uther's mana consumption is very high and his healing basic abilities have long cooldowns, his
Hammer of the Lightbringer quest at level 1 is a solid option, turning your basic attacks into a manatap of sorts. Keep basic attacking enemies between using you heal talents and you notice the mana issue a lot less.
At 4,
Holy Shock allows Uther to use
Holy Light offensively. Try to use this as finishing damage on a low health enemy Hero.
Pursuit of Justice and
Well Met can be options that enable chase while slowing and reducing the enemies damage.
I think on average Uther is generally weaker at lower levels of play, I would recommend learning another healer instead, Brightwing can deal with high mobility/divers with her Heroic or polymorph, for instance and is better equipped to heal allies than Uther is IMO.
Safe Zoner Morales Top
Lt. Morales was a single target healbot who could struggle against burst damage, but I think some of the minor buffs to Safeguard has improved her playstyle. The safe zoning playstyle is really good on maps with a single objective.
Levels 1, 4
Life Support,
Blast Shield
Both these talents are going to allow you to manage your energy very well.
Life Support on its own can restore up to 20 energy (which can be difficult for
Caduceus Feedback to match)
Meanwhile Blast Shield at 4 gives your team great zoning/disengage/engage potential, all while making Morales harder to kill with Shielding and feeding her energy.
Vanadium Plating or
Prolonged Safeguard, are usually the more prefered picks,
however Single Target slow removal via
Physical Therapy is an interesting option if facing an enemy Arthas, or Slow Talent Junkrat.
10
Stim Drone
At 13,
EMP Grenade against shielding enemy heroes,
System Shock reducing damage (better against burst), or
Second Opinion are all good options here.
At 16,
Extended Care is a useful option to position even more safely, however if you can keep your energy high,
First Responder can be very useful. Otherwise, if your energy management is still a problem
Shield Sequencer will allow you to gain up to 40 energy.
Hyperactivity at 20, or if you are being focused more often consider taking
Caduceus Reactor 2.0.
Searing Zeal Whitemane Top
Whitemane is the most flexible support on this list. She is on here because her kit isn't as appealing to me as the healers in my other healer guide are. That being said, the preferred choices on this build are very good against AA-heavy teams that clump. The first 3 choices inspired the talent selection name.
Odd Zeal (Levels 1,7)
Pity the Frail,
Zealous Spirit
You pick [Zeal]] talents in the odd early tiers.
At 1 and 7 every time you gain 2 stacks of Desperation, Whitemane gets a free Zeal and your healing is increased to 125% of you damage dealt for targets below 50%.
Even Lashes (Level 4)
Indulgence
You pick the
Searing Lash talent in the early even tier of the game.
Searing Lash gives you back at least 30 mana, or better if you have coordination with your team's CC.
At 10,
Scarlet Aegis is chosen in games where you are playing against AA or your team sticks close. Otherwise,
Divine Reckoning is a good option in single area objectives.
Odd Desperation (Level 13)
Self-Righteous
This is a good synergy pick at this point to give
Whitemane more sustain, however the movement speed from
Guiding Light can be useful to assist allies who are chasing or being chased.
Even Lashes (Level 16)
Lashing Out
Lashing Out is the star choice at 16 since it gives you more uses of Searing Lash which in turn
provides more healing from
Zeal
At 20
Purge the Wicked will generally be a very strong pick against a melee comp as it can reduce their armor by 25% for 4 seconds. Also this hits for 300 damage, which can be a great followup
to your Aegis. Since this affects the damage the enemies take, your healing does 150% of your damage dealt if you use your Lash and Inquisition on the Purge target.
Alternatively, pick the heroic upgrade
Scarlet Crusade.
