This build is focused on synergy effects of auras and buffs. This is also an advanced tacticts and every player must know what they are supposed to do. It has great synergy, def, late game with survivability.
Damage Synergy
Since all of these heroes are autoattackbased, the AtkSpeed/Dmg auras is good for every single hero. Even ETC will heal much more because of 1+7 which which makes him heal on autoattacks.
Will it be enough dmg with just 1 assassin? Yes! Since tyrande also does high amount of dmg, most herodmg is done during teamfight, the statistics might not be superhigh, but its the timing that counts. If played well, and mana used

Healing Synergy
In all Hots games, every hero usually takes damage somehow, even if you have a frontline tank. In this comp,
all Heroes have some kind of self-heal except for rehgar if not in wolf-form. So they can stay alive by themselves pretty good. More importantly. In this comp, there are 4(!) healers, since on 13 ETC can heal A LOT. IT also has all the different kinds of heals: Tyrande has Single-target direct heal, Morales has Single target DoT heal. Rehgar has Aoe Direct heal and ETC has Aoe Dot heal.

Movement Synergy
HASTE: In all teams it is important to both be able to engage and disengage. In an autoattack-based team like this, It is crucial and gives much more chances of damaging the enemies and getting away. Both ETC and Rehgar have movement Auras so you can easily catch up. Plus Tyrandes, Raynor Rehgar and Morales have additional movement boosts.
2 Movementspeed Auras, 3 Single target Movement boost
SLOW: to slow is to control the flow of the game. Althrough this team lacks stuns with this setup, it has a lot of slows. which makes it even easier to chase / escape. Double synergy! ETC, Tyrande has their slowing ultimates, and Rehgar can slow with totem. Also it has 2 stuns, and 4 displacement abilities for additional control and for surviving engages of Tyrael, Muradin, ETC, Diablo, Thrall and so on. Save these until you need to disengage.

Ultimate Synergy
Except Morales (in this build) All other 4 heroes have Aoe Ultis which by itself creates good synergy if timed right. Tyrandes Ulti should go first since its a direct slow, shortly followed by ETC who might be away to soak. Very fast after, when you see how the enemy team moves, use Raynors ulti. After this, Morales uses Stim since it takes a second to activate. Last but not least, Bloodlust is given. By this time, Tyrande should have used her hunters mark for the most important victim. BAM. Win. If something goes wrong. RUN and try again. Also, important Focus same target at once, even if they have a squishy backline. You'll get the squishy too. I promise. Keep the formation and try to AA heroes during this, not Minions.
4 AoE Ultimates, 1 Single target
Early Game Phase: Raynor, Tyrande, and Etc roam between 2 lanes to gather stacks and globes. Morales and Rehgar take one lane each and freeze, without killing minions. this is extra good on pirate's map. Stacking and gathering from start. Morales and rehgar will solo one lane each but the 3-team will gank/gather and depush every wave. So the pattern with a 3 lane for the 3-team is:
1 wave mid solo,
1 wave top w/ rehgar
1 wave mid solo
1 wave bot w/morales
1 wave solo. and so on.
on pirates: only roam mid and top for shorter distance.
- healers solo? Yes, just for early lane phase for maximum gathering, and if the enemy pushes any lane a lot, the team can go and help this lane more often and let the other single healer soak.
Don't worry if some towers gets damaged, this is only minor dmg. it will not matter in end-game whether its 15-min or 30-min game.
Objective phase: on every map except first tribute, all can go together for objective. and try to return to lane phase fast. dont play to risky, but don't let them take 100 flowers for example.
Continue soak and gather lane until at best 10-13. after this, soaking does much less than actually killing the enemy.
13+ phase: At 13 all Heroes gets very important talents for their synergy. Now always go together, even with one level lower. Level 13 gives much more survivability and damage explained in detail in every hero guide.
End Phase: Stick together for all auras, but not like in a japanese subway train: close. but not superduper-i-wanna-cuddle-close. Position is super important. This build is made so you can survive most bursts if played right and then with tyrande's hunters mark, even a tanky mura or leoric goes down if all focus. so more hit and kite (because of movementspeed auras) and shoot the one closest. This one WILL die if focused.
ENGAGE: ALL ultis at once for greatest effect: Raynor dmg, ETC slow and dmg, Tyrande slow and dmg, Rehgar buff AOE and Morales buff single target. at lvl 13. you can focus both tank and squishy.
HERO #1
Raynor :raynor is a key player in this build will probably have the highest hero-dmg in the end.
He is pretty straightforward. since he has no escape, he has to position himself very well. just to reach the closest enemy hero. in this build stacking will do much for later game synergy. Seasoned marksman synergizes (procs) with ALL his other talents except raynors raiders ofc.
Some people prefer the increased speed at lvl 7. This will make him more survivable but will make less dmg.
the "puttin' on a clinic" is important both for him (he can use ALL his abilities, including the stim-heal so he can heal much more frequent. AND call down raiders all the time to focus those squishy heroes and make them afraid. ALSO: this will reduce his cooldown in his AS-Aura so he can constantly keep it up which will make the rest of the team do SO much dmg and additional synergy. Also: at 16 etc gives movementspeed for chasing and surviving.

HERO #2
E.T.C.: Etc is the tank in this setup, and will have to be close to the rest to give and get synergy. so stage dive, but only when you know the timing is right. one tactic is to put safeguard on him when stage diving. Dont forget to autoattack when using guitarsolo, and at lvl 13 its important to stay close to the team for healing.
It is very important to keep the rockstar aura up as much as possible, therefore, try to put time between using abilities. this will have a huge advantage for the team. And one of the key tactics. It is better to poweslide, bodyblock a bit, and after some seconds, Facemelt, then Heal near the rest of the team.
Etc does supermuch Aoe healing if globes have been collected, its just not shown in statistics because blizz.
He is very important for movementspeed-aura both for chase and disengage.
ALT: If focused by AA, take imposing presence. and if the have a lot of CC he will still survive with all the heals. if needed. cleanse.

Hero #3 lt.morales: New hero that has A LOT of single/ duotarget heal. will focus on keeping the tank alive, and partly healing other members.

Stim is used on Raynor usually. If you want to go advanced and have very good communication. it is best used on tyrande when tyrande has lvl 13 talent and uses searing arrows + hunters mark

Rehgar will not do much dmg by himself, but is crucial for the synergy to work. he passively does so much damage thanks to bloodlust and lightningshield.
